At Eureka Miniatures UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
